Owners | Agents
Jennie LaCovey & Shannon Arnold

We met in Pasadena, CA in 2005 (MMV in Roman Numerals). We were fast friends which led to adventures, living together, being family and working together. We worked together at a small business marketing agency in LA and we started a small company producing live shows and events.

Jennie had been with LA based talent agencies since 2007.
She was an Agent with LA’s top dance agency until 2021.
She has worked with hundreds of performers and has relationships with Casting Directors, Choreographers and more.

Shannon is an entrepreneur at heart. She opened her first business, Oh To Be A Dog in 2010, it is still successful today. She also co-owns The Kitchen Chemists a small batch cannabis topicals company. She has consulted other business owners on starting and running businesses. She brings her business acumen and knowledge to MMV helping talent work on their biggest asset, their brand.

Agent | Nicole P. Sarro

Nicole P. Sarro is a Chingona and NYC-based talent agent representing clients across theatre, television, and film.

Originally from Los Angeles, Nicole moved to New York City after performing in the National Tour of In the Heights, where she covered all the adult femme-presenting roles—a job she proudly calls both the best and hardest of her career. She went on to perform Off-Broadway, at major regional theaters, and in countless readings and workshops of new musicals.

In parallel with her performing career, Nicole spent several years in the corporate world, most recently helping to launch and grow a professional services startup focused on transforming executive leadership and aligning teams.

For over a decade, she juggled performing, entrepreneurship, and motherhood—raising her daughter, Paloma—Chingona energy, always.

Nicole is on a mission to revolutionize the agent-client relationship through transparent communication, strategic collaboration, and deeply human connection. She believes that when artists are supported with clarity, vision, and care, they’re unstoppable.
